Wallangarra Adult Riders Club (WARC) is excited to announce its upcoming Join-Up Day and Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Sunday, 19th January at the club grounds. This is the perfect opportunity for new and returning members to connect, register for the new season, and learn more about what the club has to offer.

 

What is Join-Up Day?
Join-Up Day is a welcoming event designed to introduce prospective members to the club, provide information about membership and rallies and what to expect throughout the year. The morning offers a chance to meet fellow riders, and ask any burning questions about what it means to be part of Wally.

 

What Can I Expect on the Day?
Visitors and returning members can look forward to:

• A friendly meet-and-greet with current members and the committee

• An overview of club events, and rally schedules

• Information on how to join and register for the season

• Light refreshments in the Clubroom

 

Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The AGM will follow Join-Up Day, giving members the chance to hear about the past year’s achievements, financials, and discuss any upcoming events and initiatives.

WARC offers a unique and inclusive environment for adult riders of all skill levels. Whether you’re returning to riding after a break, developing your skills, or simply looking to enjoy your horse in a supportive community, Wally is the place for you. Plus, membership provides access to ARCA Challenges, where riders can dress up and compete in fun, themed events.

Do I need to bring my horse to Join-Up Day?
No need to bring your horse – this day is all about learning more about the club and meeting people. Rallies and riding events will commence from February.

 

Can beginners join WARC?
Absolutely! WARC welcomes riders of all levels, from beginners to experienced competitors.

How do I become a member for the season?
You can complete your membership prior to the day or on the day online - Membership | Wallangarra Adult Riders Club. 

​

What if I can’t make it on the day?
No worries!  Join up day/AGM attendees are eligible for a bonus rally being in February.  If you're unable to make it you can complete your membership online and your first rally will be in March.
